This is the lightest of the three CDs. When your mind is only moderately concerned with the day or when you would just like a calm atmosphere to help your mind relax,
choose Disk 1.

This soundscape is greater in complexity than Disc 1 with added ambient sounds including thunder, a foghorn and some rhythm and harmony elements. When you desire a relaxing atmosphere as well as when you need to give your head something to focus on other than your problems choose Disc 2 .

This is the most complex soundscape of the set with elements of rhythm, harmony, melody and improvisation. When you find yourself caught up in worries of the day and need something to focus on that is strong enough to keep your attention but will still lead towards sleep choose Disk 3.
